A Christmas Letter to Our Community: Reflecting on the Year at Peak Health & Fitness

By Brandie Ruark, FNP-C
As Christmas approaches, I’ve found myself reflecting on what an incredible year it has been here at Peak Health & Fitness. This season always reminds me to slow down, look around, and truly appreciate the people who make this work so meaningful — you, our community.
Whether you stepped into our clinic for skincare, hormone optimization, weight loss support, fitness coaching, vitamin injections, or just a conversation about feeling better in your own skin… you’ve been an important part of our story this year.
And I want to start by saying thank you.
Looking Back on a Year of Growth & Transformation
2025 was a year where so many of you chose to prioritize your health in powerful, inspiring ways. We witnessed women and men take control of their hormone health, patients lose weight they’ve struggled with for years, others build confidence through aesthetic treatments, and many invest in their strength, energy, and long-term wellness.
For me personally, this year has reinforced why I built Peak Health & Fitness in the first place:
- To help people look and feel their best
- To serve our community with compassion
- To create a place where health feels personal, not clinical
- To support families, busy parents, and anyone ready to take the next step toward better wellness
Every single success story from our patients has been a gift.
New Services We Added This Year
This year, we expanded our offerings to better serve you, including:
- Epionce skincare
- New aesthetic treatments like Vi Peel (Chemical Peel)
- Advanced hormone optimization tools
- Body Composition Analysis
- In office supplements
- New education and resources to help you feel empowered in your health journey
And we’re far from done — 2026 is already shaping up to be a year with even more opportunities to support you.
A Season to Celebrate Your Wins
The holiday season can bring out a lot of emotions — joy, stress, excitement, overwhelm — but I hope each of you can look back with pride on the progress you made this year.
Maybe you:
- got your hormones back into balance
- lost weight and gained confidence
- found clearer, brighter skin
- committed to new fitness habits
- learned how to fuel your body
- prioritized self-care for the first time in a long time
- or simply took that first brave step in reaching out for help
Every win matters. Every step counts. And we’re honored to walk beside you through it all.
A Christmas Wish for Our Community
This Christmas, my wish for each of you is simple:
That you feel peace,
that you feel joy,
and that you feel hope for the year ahead.
I hope you take time to rest, to reflect, and to give yourself the compassion and care you so easily give to everyone else.
Looking Ahead to 2026
At Peak Health & Fitness, we are committed to helping you:
- reach your health goals
- optimize your hormones
- improve your skin
- strengthen your body
- boost your energy
- and feel confident from the inside out
Whether you need a January reset, long-term coaching, weight loss support, aesthetic care, or deeper hormone evaluation — we are here and ready to serve you.
From my family to yours,
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
Thank you for being part of our Peak Health & Fitness family.
I am so grateful for every one of you.
